Le documentaire "Be Natural" de Pamela B Green, porte les gimmicks de son époque. Sensationnalisme, montage sur-cutés, silences impossibles.effets spéciaux hasardeux qui tombent à plat, la musique contribue à la dimension tape à l’œil du documentaire.Au contraire, les images des films d’Alice Guy se font trop rares, trop segmentées. Le documentaire porte finalement plus sur la documentaliste que sur Alice Guy.
